Bates Cabins - Your Smoky Mountain Cabin Rental Source

  • A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation

  • A $250 security deposit and balance of rental and the cleaning fee are due two weeks before arrival

  • All cabins have a two night minimum, with a three night minimum in October. There is a one week minimum for Thanksgiving, and four night minimum for Christmas, and New Year's Holidays

  • For groups larger than 10 people there is an additional charge of $10 per person, per night

  • 7.75% sales and 3% bed tax (10.75% total) will be added to the rate

  • Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
